Auto License Generation and Activation Server version 1.6.4 works

Auto License Generation and Activation Server 1.6.4 is not running.

Database Error: FATAL: the database system is starting up
(/opt/tomcat/conf/license4j-server.conf)

Use License Manager GUI Tool to configure the server and manage licenses.

Note: Define "Context Main Page" setting in server options window in License Manager GUI to redirect this page to any other page. You can also return 403 or 404 pages by setting redirect address as 403 or 404 respectively.
